I bought my first ever motorcycle from Jay, honest and trustworthy person very rare can you say that about sales associates. He showed me around all the store to make sure I found the bike for me told me all the pro and cons of each bike. I just bought my 2022 Suzuki GSXR 750 there at Peoria ride now yesterday and the service was great and my Salesman Nate did a good job of answering any questions I had and, when I let him know what I was looking for even though it wasn’t in the store; he had it ordered and delivered and the service and total experience was amazing. Five stars and I’d recommend any body going to that shop look him up he’ll do right by you.

Once they know what you owe on your bike, they offer less even though it's easily worth the payoff plus another 30%. Then they say after that that they will need 40 minutes to have service appraise. 2 hours later I'm still sitting here. Now I'm waiting for them to come back and offer less because something rattling on bike. It's a Harley. If something isn't rattling, it's not running. After 2/12 hours later, I demanded my key and bike back. They say they'll buy your bike, make an offer, then take in back to see how much more they can deduct. What a joke. Will

I recently came in a month ago to Co-Sign on a bike for my roommate. Not excited at all to go but they told me it would only take an hour max. So, let's fast forward 7 hours later and we were just getting done. Telling us that the bike wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Me not knowing anything about bikes I said sure and just wanted to go home. Called back on Monday to find out it's still not ready, keep calling back and they tell my co-signer give them a few more days. Come to find out they sold us the bike WITHOUT A title, which in fact is illegal. Now, I'm pissed and frustrated

This is my closest Indian store and I wish that I liked it better. Yes, the salesman is friendly - but he is also not that helpful. I have been ordering a lot online and picking up in this store and he has never told me they match the online Indian deals in the store (a new guy just told me). Also, since I have bought my 2nd bike now (in just 2 years) and also got my husband to buy one - you would think he would have let me know about the referral program and the Loyalty program - but he did not. The bikes here are sweet! I could spend hours just walking around staring at all the bright shiny rides! Love those Honda's, and the Indians are great rides. Unfortunately the service department is just horrible, so so so horrible! I have dropped a bike off first thing in the morning for an oil change and they didn't have it ready to go until almost five o'clock at night. The employees aren't all that either. These people are typical sleazy sales men/women. I live in the East Valley I called in ask if they still had this bike. They said yes we started talking about this application process. They pressured me to getting down as fast as I could because "this particular bike sales fast" and they have been busy with people coming in the store.

They advertised a bike for $3199. When I talked to a sales person on the phone he was condescending and at one point even said "have you ever bought a bike before?" Why yes I have, but it won't be from you idiots. After the half a dozen fees the price of the bike went from $3199 to $5280. Really? $2081 in taxes and fees? Save yourself the headache and buy a used bike from a non-dealer.

Girl working service counter with Curley hair tried to make me buy a battery that would destroy my jetski and threw a whining fit when I wouldn't buy it put her head down for 5 minutes then kept going in the back to avoid me I asked another worker for help and he got the battery I needed in 5 minutes at the price that was talked about over the phone. My fiancé and I came in today to purchase our Canam Tubro X3. They were well staffed and everyone asking if we had been helped. The women in accessories department was helpful as well. Our sales guy was Nathan was great and got things done as fast as he could for us. We wanted to take it today for a ride the next morning. They got it together by the end of the day without the upgraded accessories so we could go on our ride. Very pleased and can't wait for all the upgrades to go in.

SHOP ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK... My daughter really wanted a helmet that they showed on their website as "in stock". We went to the store, the counter guy couldn't find it so he suggested placing an online order which we did. My card was charged immediately but an hour later we received an email stating they did not have it, what would we like to do with the charge? Refund it please. 3 requests (over a 14 day period) for my refund then I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Staff is not helpful. Tried to buy another motorcycle from them since a number of years ago, they were good to deal with. This time...Full sticker price on almost everything and fees were insane. Add to that that I was supposed to get a Veteran's discount.
