Alum Line

I ordered a small livestock trailer for my goats and this company was one of the ONLY companies I could find that would make a totally customized trailer for me at whatever size I needed. They even added on a ramp! The experience was extremely smooth and you could tell that they have very dedicated welders who care about their craft. Every detail on my trailer was perfect and I could not be more grateful that I found this place. I highly recommend going here if you need a custom aluminum trailer! I will definitely be coming back if I need another trailer in the future, and I'll be recommending

I paid them to build and install a flatbed on my Super Duty truck. The hacked up the main supports on the bed to try to make it fit over the hump in the frame and then clamped it down using 2 square u-bolts per side. It didn't actually clear the hump, so when they tightened down the u-bolts, it rocked on the frame and twisted the bed out of alignment. To top it off, they used coolant hose for the fuel filler and kinked it during the installation so I couldn't fill my truck up on the way home.

The bed itself was OK, but severely lacking in fit and finish, not at all worth the money paid

Alum-Line has been a great partner to work with. We mixed up our scheduled date and they graciously worked with us to get our truck completed without having to make a return trip. The boxes have held up well and we anticipate a long carefree life of service from them.

Editing my review. I firmly believe the products from Alum-Line are well designed and are well made. This is the second bed I've purchased from Alum-Line to replace rusted pickup boxes. I went this route because aluminum beds tend to stand up to the wonderful salt and brine they put down on Iowa roads in the winter.
There were some issues initially with the flatbed I ordered. It got shipped without the square tube rails I ordered. In talking to a manager, somewhere and somehow they got missed when the flatbed was built. The flatbed ended up having to be sent back to Cresco so the rails could be

My family has been using their livestock trailers for many years now for our cattle. They do lots of custom builds too and as far as I know, they are very easy to work with. They let you choose your sizes of things and completely customize the trailers you want. We've even gotten little livestock trailers for our sheep and they are very lightweight and easy to use. They've also lasted us years. Someday I'm planning to get one of their trailers for my horses since it turns out they do horse trailers too! I don't know if there's anything they actually CAN'T do because I've also seen on their Facebook

I would like to thank Gary and everyone at Alum-Line for the smooth process and great install. As I was not able to make the finial install my girlfriend drove the tuck to them. They were very accommodating to her doing the entire process. As this was a custom build for an overland camper, Gary was very helpful in the design process. Bought two identical flatbed trailers from them. I was already familiar with their build quality, so I was very pleased as I suspected I would be when we picked them up. These trailers go coast to coast and both drivers have told me many people come up to comment on the trailers and ask where they were made. Super quality, good people and masters at welding aluminum. I ordered a custom gooseneck cargo trailer and took delivery in May 2020. When I picked it up, I noticed that that salesman I had worked with had forgot to inform the fabricators about several specifications. Some changes were made while I waited, but several other screw-ups were accepted because I live 1200 miles away and it was easier for me to do it right than have them attempt a correction. I almost never write a review but felt that this company deserves one. I’ve owned several trailers in my lifetime, good bad and otherwise. I recently had the opportunity to work on an Alum-Line dump trailer that a customer brought to me to add some upgrades, backup cameras, drop legs etc. I want to comment on the quality of construction and level of detail that I found during the work that I performed. Wow. Do your homework. Do not buy Alum-Line unless you want to throw out money, be lied to and get a product that is not what you ordered. Sales men appear to have high turn over and will just lie to get a sale. After that they will not stand behind there product.

I received my new 30 foot Goose Neck trailer from Alum Line and was very happy about the looks of the trailer. I had the opportunity to speak with a design engineer from the company multiple times during construction which made me feel I had a better than average chance of getting what I ordered. This didn't happen. I was very specific about what this trailer was being used for and what was being put in it. I even gave the minimum height of the trailer ground skirt after the trailer was built and 6000 pounds of equipment were placed inside. You would think that a design engineer would be able
