Jordan started AnswerCare in June of 2012 after graduating from Ohio University with degrees in Hospital Administration, Long-Term Care Administration and Business Administration with a certification in gerontology. Prior to his experience as an entrepreneur, he worked as an Administrator in Training with Cleveland Clinic's Pediatric Institute in 2010-2011.

No two clients are alike, and no two situations are the same. For this reason, we create a customized CarePlan for each individual. We work with each client, the family, and providers to develop a CarePlan unique to your loved one's needs. Upon receiving your inquiry, our clinical nurse will contact you to schedule an in-home consultation to conduct a creative care solutions analysis to determine the appropriate care needed for your loved one.

Terrible services, each aide they sent was on the couch , on their phone all the time and one spent most of her hours in the bathroom. An important item from our coat closet came up missing and you will never get compensated for what was taken. We had to seek out a different company right away.

I think for being an agency affiliated with the goverment it would be more professional and drug screen. For patients to write such a bad review is not typical to send an aid to a patients house who is on any substance is totally unprofessional. For an employee to go to a patients home and use their phone and other devices is not proper or professional on your behalf. The number one priority is taking care of the patient. For them to give them there upmost attention. I wish that you look at the reviews and realize were you need to prioritize your concerns. The patients.

The office is totally unprofessional. They're unable to cover missed shifts/ call offs due to not having enough employees. Employees have real poor work ethic. So I wrote an review a couple days ago and had to edit it. I didn't think this company could get worse but they proved me incorrect from employees in office who blatantly lie to attitude. Asked to speak to supervisor and was refused best I got was head of H.R. when confronted about their actions their solution was to drop me as a client and without proper notice ( conveniently sent to wrong e-mail) I wouldn't recommend this company if it

I would not trust anyone in this company to care for my loved ones. Definitely unprofessional. Bad attitudes. Young. Lack of urgency. They throw anyone in these people's homes. That's very unsafe. They just don't care. It's ridiculously disturbing.
