We so appreciate the compassionate and full service we received from all of the staff. We first encountered Rusty who gave us a complete estimate for a stairlift, followed by Dave who helped us navigate the best lift chair options for our mother - and can’t forget Jesus who did an excellent job installing the lift - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bischoff’s for any mobility or medical supply need!

I bought some equipment here and they were very nice to deal with. However now that I need help with getting reimbursement from my insurance company it's a different story. They have no one answering phones in any of their departments! How unprofessional is this? To begin with when they sell you something saying it can be reimbursed by your insurance they should give you the information you need to do that. No where is their tax ID listed on their billing receipts. It's the first thing the insurance will ask for.

Outstanding service & support from these kind folks. Just—be sure you get a receipt when you return equipment; we were assured all was done, and the chair was examind as we returned it in excellent condition. Then down the road we noticed rental invoicing had started up again, and backfilled a month or two. A phonecall was sufficient to clear up the incorrect billing, but waiting and insisting, on a nit-busy day, to have the accounting closed and a receipt confirming return and end of rental woukd have kept this error from happening in the first place. Woukd definitely recommend & use again,

Wow! What an outstanding experience I had. I want to share it with the world! On a Friday, our "hoyer lift" broke. The hydraulic pump on the lift, just stopped working. This is a critically important piece of equipment at our house. It enables our caregivers to lift my sister -- who is paralyzed and blind-- from out of her bed to her wheel chair and allow her to be wheeled outside for some fresh air and a change of place and then back again after the bed has been changed. The store was packed when I was there and they still managed to help everybody without any problems. I never seen such teamwork. The staff there helped each other out to take care of all the customers. They were there for me from start to finish. From when my stairlift was ordered through the installation, I was given detailed information of the process. The installers were very thorough and really knew what they were doing. I am glad and happy that I went to them. Thanks so much!

My mom has MS and can't really get around without a wheelchair, so when I learned that she was coming for a surprise visit the next day from out-of-state I was a little concerned, to say the least. The exceptionally friendly staff helped me by renting me a very high-quality ramp that she used during her week-long visit.
I'm not sure what I would have done if they didn't have the ramp in-stock. They were able to very quickly help me; I think I spent 30 minutes in the store before being able to leave with the ramp that would allow my mom to get into my house.
