He is a graduate of Quinnipiac University (Magna Cum Laude), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both accounting and computer information systems. Investment management services are offered through an affiliated company, CM Financial Advisors, LLC, which is a Registered Investment Advisor. We are a "fee only" advisor, which means our compensation is based on an agreed upon fee, usually a percentage of the investment portfolio. Therefore, we are completely independent with regard to investment choices.
CM Mortgage Services, an affiliated mortgage origination firm, can assist you through the often harrowing financing process and offer some innovative mortgage solutions. A low rate is certainly an important consideration when seeking a mortgage, but it's not the only consideration. Rates fluctuate over time, so locking in the best rate is a matter of timing and the unpredictability of the economy.
