After all options are discussed, color choice is made, quote is agreed on, we then move on to preparation. Paint or original powder coating is chemically stripped and substrate is brought down to bare metal. Any rust found is treated with a neutralizer. Once your piece is stripped and rust is treated, the part is secured to a rolling rack and goes in the oven for what is called outgassing.
