I am so disappointed with Tiger services. I have been with your company over 7 years now and due to a missed payment my trash was not picked up. My account is set up on automatic withdrawal but recently the change from BBVA to PNC affected my bank details. It would have been nice to at least pick up the trash as a courtesy. Payment as been made but I am sure it will not be picked up tomorrow as scheduled due to me just making my payment. I am currently looking for another reputable company to provide good services. Please I will appreciate recommendations as well.

This is now the second straight week of no service, but im expected to pay for it. I called in and filed 2 separate work orders being assured I would be picked up. I called in a third time to confirm service is happening this week and was reassured they'd be here but after getting home last night nobody showed up. At this point I'm going to run for our HOA board and make it my goal to replace this company as our provider. I've now had to take additional money gas to drive somewhere and take trash.

Constant missed pick ups. When I call their customer service they just push it off to the next trash day and leave me with a full can. When I asked to speak to a manager they don’t call me back. TERRIBLE company. They have also damaged my recycling can and told me that I would have to pay for a replacement…when I have them on security camera dropping it and damaging it. I can’t wait until my 3 months is over with them so I can switch to a different company. I’m tired of not having my trash picked up.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
They will not pick up your garbage. Still charge you and find a million excuses instead of picking it up. They missed my garbage pick up three weeks in a row, had to call dispatch and send them out again. Spoke to Gilbert over the phone and he said supervisors are too busy to speak to me to resolve this ongoing issue.

Please use another trash service if one is available in your area. They had dated billing practices and will not pick up your trash without notice. They will leave your trash fill the week of Christmas without hesitation. Could’ve not picked up the trash the week before or the week after but they decided Christmas week is the best time to cut you off. Merry Christmas to you too tiger

I have been a customer of Tiger Sanitation for about 2 or 3 years now. Recently we needed a roll off dumpster to get rid of some old junk on my property. I spoke with Brianna, and let me tell you, she went above and beyond to help me! She called me back 3 times, which was just her being a good employee and following up on all my questions! Can't thank her enough! Also Jim, who delivered the container early this morning , was so good about answering "all" my questions... Job well done.

The men working the trucks are just going through the motions. Block the traffic by sitting right in the middle of the street and walk SLOWLY BACK AND FORTH, looking right at you.. They never came to our street on our scheduled trash day for pickup but came through the next day and if anyone left extra bags beside their bin, the sanitation workers left them behind. I'm going to talk to my HOA about getting a contract with a BETTER company.

Since I missed my payment this month, it completely slipped my mind, they didn’t pick up my trash, they were kind enough to take the recycle, see photo, basically teaching me a lesson, since this week it’s over flowing. Lady on the phone said we sent you an email but no reminder a couple of days before they stop…..I’m fairly new to the trash service paying……Nope not doing auto pay, don’t trust them. Not months behind but days. Thanks Tiger! I know there is a better way to provide excellent customer service but keep doing it your way. I paid it now….but trash will be sitting there

We have had Tiger for 8 years, since June the service has dropped off significantly: no show on scheduled day numerous times, no return calls in response to messages, very unreliable and more expensive than other local options

Not picking up 2 - 30 gal bags. Truck driver claimed they're too heavy & wet. He said, he should be able to pick them up by the draw strings with one hand. Customer service says no they're not picking them up. I'm 60 yrs old and pick them up place them at the street. 2 trash men and they can't pick them up. Tiger's been picking them up all summer. Service is horrible. They neglected to pick up last week, the trash set outside on the curb until today and they still did not pick it all up. They are not interested in providing quality service. It is a shame and exhausting to keep calling and they won't even try to make it right, just tell you to wait. But if I don't pay they stop real quick. Really crappy service.

Trying to pay your bill is nearly impossible. I have been on hold for almost 30 minutes. Enough to take my garbage to the curb and still I'm on hold. Family is up. Still on hold. The call is "important to them". What a wreck. Who has the time to wait for this incompetence???

If you like waiting on hold for an hour every time you need to speak to someone regarding your service then this is the company for you! No matter time off day/day of week, they aren't concerned with getting to you quickly.

I have had one good experience with a professional lady ...otherwise they will find every reason to not pick up your garbage but will take your monthly fee ... put you in long waits on the phone.
Seems like a company hurting for money with crappy drivers who don't realize they are in the GARBAGE BUSINESS.
Here is an example of the excuses they give not to pick up the garbage.

We have a small urban farm we had chickens die from the big freeze when I went to throw them away the garbage guy refused to pick up my can citing "no dead animals policy" so what about the HEB chicken and

I ACTUALLY give ZERO stars.
BEVERLY AND GILBERT are the RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL "employees" I've EVER encountered in my 33years of life!!!!
I've asked twice for management or a supervisor to contact me.... NEVER happened. On 09.29.2020 I attempted to ask GILBERT for management to call me (for a THIRD time), he spoke over me, when I told him not to.... HE HUNG UP ON ME.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I WILL be posting this review any and everywhere I can.... over and over again to save others from this same disrespect and awful service!!

SAD that my new neighbors, a young couple, just move into their home aprx a month ago and just brought their new baby home from the hospital 2 weeks ago, but TIGER SANITATION won't pick up the 2 extra bags new baby stuff (probably mostly diapers, etc.) NOW THAT'S A MEAN THING TO DO TO A NEW MOM. So now what, this week with 2 extra bags and then next week with the same 2 plus 2 more and so on and so on???
I TOOK THIS PHOTO OF MY NEIGHBOR'S TRASH TO SHOW THAT IT WAS NEATLY TIED UP and sitting right next to the trash can.

NO SHOW 2 Days In A Row: Our pick-up day is Friday - they did NOT SHOW UP show this past Friday (May 22, 2020). Sent email late Friday stating that they were not able to get to our area - no reason given - and would be here on Saturday. They did NOT SHOW UP on Saturday! Sunday they are closed and Monday was a holiday. Now you would think they would show on Tuesday so called to verify. Told that the drivers picked up trash on our street on Saturday - they had marked it on their sheet - let her know that the drivers were not telling the truth as no ones trash was picked up. If I could give zero stars I would. There have been several occasions when I've come home to my recycle bin in another location but I never said anything no big deal. But today they took the time to write a report on how they didn't service my recycle bin because they observed a Styrofoam from a takeout restaurant that was contaminated with food. It was like one noodle inside. They could have easily just put it in the trash bin right next to the recycle bin but nope they took the additional time to write me a ticket of how they wouldn't service me today. Nice. Have had to call, multiple times for simple questions that should be on the website. Had trash missed along with lawn and leaf refuse. I pay too much money for this terrible service. Oh, and they only take recycling once a week and I recycle more than I throw away. Maybe that's what is in this contract for my sub, but as a paying customer, I should be able to pay more/less because it's just me using the trash service. I'm paying just as much as a whole family. Terrible.

Years of paying our bill on time- all it took was for a Bill Pay payment to be delayed and 'their system' according to the unsympathetic 'customer service' clerk, sent message to not pick up our garbage or recycling this week. She said she would elevate to a manager but we still haven't heard anything at the end of the day nor have we received service.
They also have quit glass recycling blaming customers for food contaminated glass containers being the issue. They never bothered to alert people to this but rather not telling the true story.
