Critical: Punctuality
I made an appointment, arrived on time - they told me to wait 20-30 minutes cause they took a walk in - unprofessional. I left I was on my lunch break. There is a reason why people make appointments they should be honored above a walk-in .

Went their for the first time with my mom to get a hair cut and it is easily one of the best iv'e ever gotten, not to mention the people their are very nice and patient no mater how long it takes to get your hair done.
Basically go their I doubt you'll be disappointed.
