Lymphatic Massage works the entire lymph system and facilitates movement of toxins out of the nodes and from there out of the body. The massage is concentrated in the areas where the nodes are located. Here the massage therapist massages the lymph nodes to open them up and unblock which releases the waste that has accumulated.
Swedish Massage, is a gentle, light-medium pressure massage that relaxes soft body tissue and facilitates healing. Swedish massage is lighter in touch than other forms of massage techniques and includes long flowing strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on more superficial layers of the muscles.
Prenatal massage provides relaxation by relieving stress on joints. It eases neck and back pain, helps you to keep good posture and relaxes and provides flexibility to birthing muscles. Prenatal massage aids the circulatory and lymphatic systems, which keeps blood flowing to both the mother and the baby.
Myofascial release is focused on releasing the muscle tissue ("myo-") and correcting imbalances in the connective tissue ("fascia"). The muscle and the connective tissue combined as a unit is called myofascial. The myofascial is often responsible for restrictions, pain, and other imbalances within the body.
