If I could give this company no stars, I would. First, this company has no official online ordering form. Everything is through an email to a sales department. Our order was for blue flags with white lettering. ALL of our emails stated this. The proof picture that was sent by FFN showed blue flags with white letters. When our business office was sent an email with the hardware information, we approved this. However, a few weeks later, FFN delivered to us purple flags with white lettering. After many phone calls and emails to straighten this mistake out- FFN continued to say we never stated what

I could not be more pleased with how helpful their customer service rep Sam was! Not only were my questions answered promptly, but they went above and beyond in helping us find the best pieces for making our upcoming Princess Party event beautiful and magical! Would def recommend them and plan on using them again in the future!

Excellent service from an outstanding team! The flags we ordered arrived a little brighter than we wanted. I would give this 6 stars if I could! I was recommended from a friend and couldn’t be any happier. The customer service was perfect by being quick and responsive. I started off with 2 large feather flags but ended up getting 2 more because it was definitely worth it. The staff also helped me fix my design because I needed a little help and it was better than before. Thank you to feather flag nation for the amazing products.

I really can't say enough about how quick and courteous the staff at Feather Flag Nation was when it came to helping me with our flag orders. Whether it was answering a question or helping us with artwork, they were always organized and extremely helpful. Our school without a doubt wasn't one of their bigger customers, but they sure made us feel that way.
