The company was friendly and helpful with connecting my internet and power, but they state the price of the bundle for internet and home phone rather then just internet prices to trick you into paying for services you don't need or ask for. Additionally, they don't state additional charges such as wifi router rental. My first month bill was $78 dollars when it should only be $60 without the $12 phone bill and $5 wifi router bill that I didn't need. Their services are free for consumers because spectrum and reliant pay them to connect your services. Thus their goal isn't to give you the best deal

This is one of the best services I've had in a long time. I was moving into a new home and Connect My New Home was recommended by my lenders. As soon as I contacted them, I got my electricity connected within hours and I thought that was very quick. I will to recommend them to anyone who might need their services in the future. Great job.

This was my very first time living on my own . I had no idea what I was doing , or where to start . I rented through Hunter Rentals who suggested Connect My New Home directly . Being hard headed I didn't listen and tried to figure it out on my own . After being completely and totally confused and feeling like I got NOTHING accomplished I went into Connect My New Home and they took care of EVERYTHING . My water , lights , WiFi , All set up in less then 45 mins. Everything else I needed they even told me how to get it accomplished. Very knowledgeable, and very patient and respectful . Would

This is BS! Chuck put us off until the 1rst of the month and never called. I call him today, the 2nd, and he tells me he's on his way back to his office and will call me in 40 minutes....I'm still waiting, Chuck! Our house, in Copperas Cove, closed on July 1. We'll be there, driving from Las Vegas, NV - 1200 miles - to move in on July 8....It's now July 2 with a holiday, July 4th on Thursday, and when we get there on the 8th, we got no idea if we're gonna' have power, water, trash removal, etc., Our Real Estate Agent recommended Chuck's company and I've conveyed
