Tucker Tower is a nature center and museum that houses many displays, including the Lake Murray Meteorite. This 90 million year old object is the fifth largest in the world! The Ardmore Parks and Recreation Department is committed to providing clean and safe parks, as well as offering quality recreation programs to visitors and Ardmore residents.
For after hours and for the lowest rate call us to book. All rates include 30-50 amp and a 110 outlet on your site plus electric, water, sewer, strong WiFi and cable with 50+ channels!. We offer late night check-in's! If you come in after hours drop by our clubhouse, there's a drop box by the door with a map of the park.

New park with very spacious sites and thick green grass between. Trees have been planted so shade forthcoming but not now. Every road and camp pad is cement. Fishing pond catch and release. Swimming pool. Huge dog park next to shower house and laundry. Two miles from gorgeous Lake Murray. Very friendly employees and this place is meticulously clean. FHU, Verizon good, WiFi good, cable TV included in price. Convenient to I-35. There is an active train track fairly close by. You will hear the train but it's not extremely loud. No highway noise. First time here and we booked a spot for our return

A wonderful place to stay! The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and accomendating. The park is very clean, has paved roads, and great amenities. Free Wi-Fi, swimming pool and a play ground for the kids (although with no shade on hot days this is almost useable). They have a dog park area, laundry facility, and nice shower area and restrooms.

Very nice park. We stayed one night. When we pulled in from a very long, hot drive. We went to plug in and the breaker on the 50 amp was not working.
Called to office and someone was right there to fix it. We were up and running fast. Nice swimming pool, dog park.Very nice and polite staff. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Great RV Park, They have all you need! Pull thru with concrete slab. Really nice people when you check in. Had an issue with some ants near our place but told the front desk and they came and sprayed. The only reason for four instead of five stars was the women's restroom didn't have any soap during our entire stay..

This is an absolutely great park. The club house is like a high-end mountain villa. The sites are long and wide, big enough for our 43ft motorhome pulling our 24ft trailer with room to spare. The grounds are beautiful and the lake is spectacular. The owners are great, too. As you can tell, we’re pretty impressed with this park. You will be, too, if you get a chance to stay here.

Great place for overnight stays. Beautiful setting and view. Nice big grassy yards for your dogs. Front line spots a bit down in the front. My 40 ft. Dutch Star wanted to lift front end off ground to be level...not a good idea. Septic connection a bit uphill. Had to work on these to make it work for us. Been here before and will be back. Nearby State Park and lake a big plus.

We took our family last weekend to By the Lake. It is very nice, clean and the camp host, Amy was very friendly and helpful. The stocked pond provided a great fishing experience for our kids, who also enjoyed the playground and pool.
The sites are a good size, they do not have fire rings on each site, but they have about four large communal fire pits that we used nightly with the 3 other families.

We absolutely loved this RV park. Very clean grounds, bathrooms were spotless. Cleaning products used were so clean smelling . The showers were spacious and plenty of them. The RV sites are so spacious wide enough for slide outs you won't feel like you're crowded at all. The grass is established and cut . All paved sites and roads. We loved that because we have two dogs. Did I mention the dog park? Big and spacious and doggie bags for waste are provided. The areas around are all neat and clean ( trash areas, playground). The views are beautiful when we were there (October) it was so quiet

I don't even know where to begin! This place is one of the cleanest, nicest, well kept RV parks we've EVER stayed in! Staff is super friendly, facilities are top notch, level CONCRETE pads, green grass, paved streets. Nice pool, massive spotless washrooms & showers, great laundry room and more!
Truly had no complaints whatsoever! It's peaceful and serene and I promise you won't regret staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at this park in October 2017. It is a new park so there are pluses and minuses.
First the negative - the trees have not yet grown up, but once they do it will be lovely. Right now it appears to be a parking lot when seen from the main road, but looks can be deceiving.
The layout is awesome! They have enough turning radius for the largest of rigs, even with toads. The sites are far enough apart that you can open your slides without worrying about covering a neighbors picnic table. Nearly every site is pull-thru with level concrete pads. Water pressure and

I've only been to a few memorable RV resorts and this is certainly among the top of the list. Clean, well maintained and thoughtfully laid out, this resort will have you in your spot and set up quickly. The restrooms/shower facility is beautiful, clean and very well decorated. You'll be lucky if the wife doesn't get ideas to remodel your bathroom at home.

Stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful! Great new place with a pool, fishing pond (not sure I would call it a lake). It has fast wifi and large dumpsters on the way out. Game room for the kids. As well as laundry and bath house that doubles as a storm shelter. Everyone was nice and park was very clean.
