The customer service is always great but the last few times I've called, my hold time has been 15-20 minutes. In addition, Dominion Payroll has never once sent me any type of notification of rate increases, they just sort of sneak it in after a quarterly statement. Basically, in about 6 years, my rates have almost doubled even though I have less employees. So, while the platform is user friendly and easy to navigate, it's also a very expensive service. To put that in perspective, I pay about $280/month for 3 employees. That's a lot to pay when I also have to wait on hold for 20 minutes for someone

Would give 0 stars if I could. Everyone is underpaid but the two people at the top. This business has extremely high turnover because they underpay you but work you to death. I have never been so unhappy with a job before in my life . HR is non existent and the place is full of all family and friends who have no experience. Surprised to see where this company will be in 5 years. Would not recommend their service or working here. The iSolved technology is slow and not up to date. The system shuts down all the time and is also always very slow. If I were you, just turn around and call ADP. More reliable

We’ve been using Dominion Payroll for over 6 years now & have always received great service. Their employer login page is user friendly & the tools/reporting are extensive & extremely helpful. I’m able to access everything I need for our company reporting & our staff. If I’ve ever needed assistance or had any questions, someone answers the phone & is able to help immediately. We’ve never had an issue they weren’t able to address or take care of with one phone call.

Not user friendly for mobile devices. As this company is stating this is all “to offer solutions to payroll.” When in reality it is frustrating and causing unnecessary issues as the interface isn’t entirely easy to use and again isn’t mobile friendly. Also you traced my phone number instead of contacting me directly to at least say “We apologize for the inconvenience and frustrations our software has imposed on you.” Etc, and instead traced it to the institution I am employed under which then resorted to a statement of me needing to seek psychiatric help in regards to my frustration

We have been using Dominion Payroll for two years. We changed to Dominion (iSolved HCM) from our previous provider (ADP) because we needed someone who could provide us with service that was (1) Faster, (2), Better, and (3) Cheaper. We were an afterthought to ADP, but with Dominion we are treated like an important customer and business partner. Dominion is very responsive, and they actually listen to us!

Dominion was once a GREAT company. We have been using them for payroll since 2012. If we ever had a question, their support team was on it.
However, we have been dealing with an EGREGIOUS error with them that they have yet to resolve.
In 2015, we opened a second location (with a separate tax id). It seems Dominion and the company they work with to broker Workman's Comp, SmartPay, never set up the second company properly with The Hartford. It wasn't until 2016 (a year and half later) that we realized we didn't have coverage for our second location. To make matters WORSE, it still

I've been using Dominion Payroll for over a year now and would recommend them to any business that wants to save time and money when it comes to payroll processing. I just had a great customer experience with Tory. I was working remotely and needed some information fast. I called Dominion Payroll and a live person answered the phone - not "press 1 for this 2 for that....".
I was quickly transferred to Tory who emailed me the information I needed within 2 minutes. Thank you!
