Our mission is to provide quality care in a safe, fun, and loving environment for the children of the community. Over 24 years ago I started On My Way because as a new mom I couldn't find anyone to love my daughter the way I did when I was at work. I started watching kids in my home in 1992.
As my business grew and I had to hire help our main goal was and still is to care for the children the way we would want our children to be cared for; or if they don't have children the way they would want to be cared for.I ran On My Way daycare out of my home until August of 2016. With so many wonderful students, we needed more space to care for love and teach them in our proven special way.

I honestly cannot even imagine taking my girls anywhere else!! Every single one of their teachers is so kind, loving and patient! My girls always have so much fun and I have never had to worry about them after I drop them off!! Shelly and Kassidy are so amazing and they make sure that every child is being properly cared for and LOVED!! They really treat my kids as if they were their own!! I cannot recommend them enough!! They will always be a part of our family!!!

We’ve been bringing our son here since he was 13 weeks old. Two years later and we still love this facility. Our son loves his friends and teachers. When he has naughty toddler behavior, they report it to me and they handle it consistently. He gets to do all sorts of fun play inside and outside. He’s constantly bringing home fun art projects and showing me his new dance moves to favorite songs. I’m so grateful to have this facility nearby.

When I went back to work, I was very nervous. My son started at 7 months, and they have always been very attentive to our needs. Just as an example, he became pretty mobile at one point and he was moved to the larger kid room. We told the owner that we weren't super comfortable with our not quite crawler in with the walkers. That day she rearranged a new age group so he could be in with kids his age. We received daily handouts of everything they ate and did every day. I know he is well-cared for here.

This daycare is absolutely amazing. They treat your kids as if they are their own. They took my daughter from a scared timid little girl (she was abused by her previous daycare) to a very happy out going little girl! They are very responsive when you inquire about anything! The teachers are absolutely amazing with the kids as well! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for daycare!

My son has been coming here since he was 4 months old and now is nearly 3 years old. He absolutely loves it here to the point when I pick him up at the end of the day he doesn't want to leave! I completely trust the staff here and have had such an amazing and comforting experience. I was a brand new mom (still feel like one) and a single parent when I first started here. The staff has done nothing less than assure me and support throughout everything I've needed them for. I would highly recommend this center.

I rarely leave feedback on places, but, this daycare deserves it. My 20 month old had a very bad experience with an in home daycare. No matter what day care we would take him after that, he would be so unhappy. Thankfully, we found Shelly, the owner of this daycare. She is the most loving person ive met at any daycare. She genuinely cares for the children and she helpe my son transition so well. She was caring and took the time to make him comfortable. Every morning would be a huge struggle to drop him off. I cannot express how happy I am with the care my daughter receives every day here! Every single staff member is amazing! Every day when I pick up my daughter she is happy. She always has something new to tell me about what she learned and what she did. The director, Shelly, and all the other staff are very involved with the kids and make them feel loved away from home. I wish we had found this place sooner! It is very easy to talk to the staff about any problems your child has and they ate very good at giving daily feedback. I love On My Way, and all their amazing staff members!

I just love this daycare my children started in September and they love it I can tell a huge difference with my oldest son he was barely talking when he first started and noe he is talking til sentences and he says he loves it the care that all these teachers have for the kids is amazing. Shelly is also so amazing she is so understanding about situations and want a to help the child feel comfortable. I am so glad I found this facility.
