Services
Having opened our doors at the beginning of 2016 we are the newest facility in the Saint George area. We are new to this part of Utah but we have been providing Residential Assistance and Support for over 30 years. This facility is the culmination of the experience and knowledge that have been tested and proven over the years.

We are grateful for Chris, the CNA's and all the staff at Autumn Park. We felt guilty when we moved our father from our care into Autumn Park about a year ago. But the fact is they have cared for him so much better than even we were.
It is the perfect size for his needs at about thirty two beds in the facility. This is perfect to provide sociality for our father, more than the small places but not so large as to overwhelm him as the large facilities would do with his shyness and increasing trouble navigating.
The director deserves to make about 500k a year with all the work he puts in and responsiveness

This place has truly been a blessing! When it’s time for your loved one or your parent to be put in an assisted living. Your making a huge desicion where they should go! We are so greatful for the love and care they provide. I couldn’t imagine a better place. Amazing staff from top to bottom!! Papa has been in there going on 2 years. So this is a review of there overall communication, staff, food, cleanliness, care!! I can’t thank the entire crew there enough!! It was a hard decision to put him in a home. You guys have made it so much easier, just knowing he is in such great hands!! Thank

Our father lived at Autumn Park, we want to take this opportunity to give our heartfelt thanks to the staff there. We love this place so much. The care is amazing ,all the staff treat the residents like family, and it really is like being in your own home.I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe loving environment for a loved one.To Mark, Randy,Alex,Patrick Heather, Sheila and all the staff we thank you and appreciate all of your kindness to our father and us

The folks here in St. George are the nicest people in general, but especially to my Dad, who is a proud Vietnam Veteran. I really got to see a different side of him and American's while I was here in Utah on my recent visit from Phoenix to see him for Father's Day! I'm so proud to have him as a Father and can't believe how much he LOVES and has sacrificed for us as a family and us as a country!
