I cannot rate this company high enough! We had a water problem in our basement and another company had looked at it and quoted us a $20,000 repair plus they wouldn’t be able to totally complete the job till mid winter! John came in and fixed the problem within an hour and a half and it cost us $375.00. That’s an astounding difference. John is honest, hardworking and certainly not afraid to get dirty. I will never call anyone else if I have a water problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My previous owner spent about 8K to install a drainage system in the basement in 2012. It has 25 years warranty. I found one corner of basement is wet and called this company to schedule a inspection. It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get a hold of them! I called them several times and all went to voice mail. Several days later, I finally spoke to a lady to schedule an inspection. She asked basic information and promised to call me back as soon as possible to schedule a time.
