Mr. Darder has designed and constructed some of the finest stone walls, bluestone patios, steps, waterfalls and various other stone masonry structures throughout the Catskills. We are licensed and fully insured. Forest Darder brings experience, education, business mentalities, personality and creativeness to Darder Stone Works. A graduate from Syracuse University's Civil Engineering Program, his education provides him with knowledge on structural design, frost heave, surveying, soil & stone properties, and drainage control.

The construction of stone walkways is similar to our stone patios.

Darder Stone Works put in an amazing REAL bluestone facade/ veneer on our home. They covered over a terrible looking cinder block with beautiful cut bluestone. We've had the veneer now for over 5 years, and it weathers great and looks terrific. They were efficient, neat and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this firm.
