I purchased a kit from Home Depot and when I got home I realized the kit was missing the 1/4 inch tubing. I emailed DIG to see if they would send me the missing part or if I should just return my kit. Within a couple hours I got an email asking for my address so they'd know where to send it. No questions asked. When I received the package I was surprised to find two rolls of tubing instead of one, to compensate for the issue. I was absolutely blown away by their quick response and their willingness to send the missing part. I will definitely be supporting DIG whenever possible going forward.

Their drip line product for home usage works.
Best of all, if you have a question there is a phone number directly on the package of whatever you purchase from them.
I had a question so I dialed the number and it maybe rang once then I was connected to a real HUMAN! No computer asking me to press a number, a real human who could understand me and knew exactly who I needed to be transferred to. Even the person I spoke to when I was transferred was incredibly helpful and knew what he was talking about.

I've had to call a couple of times to figure out how to program an old timer and the new solar powered hose timer. The staff has always been extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions to ensure the timer works for my quirky irrigation system.

I bought their model FM01AS Balcony drip system starter kit at Home Depot for 12.00 or so. It was the hardest kit I have EVER used. The connectors for the tubing were so hard to fit that I almost permanently damaged my thumb trying to get them to work. They "say" try soaking the tubing in hot (but not boiling) water. HA! no difference. They DON'T tell you you need a flow restrictor on your hose bib to prevent causing damage and leaks. The manual that comes with the kit is a giant ad for their products. It doesn't even talk about this kit of how to install it!! You have to go

I recently had a product by DIG that broke. In trying to find a replacement I discovered that they no longer made the product and sold it in stores. I ended up contacting someone at DIG directly and found I could buy some replacement parts so I would be able to fix the broken situation with my sprinkler timer. I live in the area so I drove to their main office in Vista and purchased the replacement part. The guy was super helpful and offered advice to follow when fixing. Long story short, it wasn't working out when I tried to fix over the weekend. I ended up at Home Depot purchasing

I've used DIG products on my one acre home site in the Santa Monica mountains for many years and like the products. I had one of their battery controlled timer/valves which was damaged by my gardener. I called the company number and they promptly put me through to a real person, who was knowledgeable and we set up purchase of a replacement part over the phone. The damaged part, a 3/4" valve body, was priced at only $12.50, and shipping was a very reasonable $5.00, not the very high shipping and handling most companies charge. The part came promptly, and I'm back in business with
