It may suit the public to have a more relevant experience noted as many of the reviews are older than a year. Jeena is kind, and knowledgeable but not quick.
I’ve had to wait several days for a response to a general inquiry about my case due to her family matters, vacations or other clients which seems to occur often. She’s definitely a one man band which includes all of the nuisances you would imagine dealing with one person handling several cases at a time. As a consumer, it’s important for me to share real life experiences and in my opinion the previous reviews seem off beat and outdated
