Quick and easy to work with, have used multiple times (usually at the last minute) when our freezers go down. Units keep temperature incredibly well, being in an extremely regulated industry it’s hard to find units that would meet our needs. Pickup & drop off is a breeze. Very thankful for this team!

There have been quite a few times i needed my unit sooner then I had planned and signed for but he was quick to realize my needs and get my my unit delivered within 24hrs AMAZING! Duane, Adam and Kyle and the ENTIRE team at Polar are excellent. We were lucky enough to get a few last minute events and they were able to get me refrigerated containers in NY, Chicago and in LA in days. Professional, fair and excellent customer service. Any needs like this in the future and they have my business, would not think of using anyone else!!

From the first time I called to the installation, I received the best customer service. The delivery was planned and scheduled to the exact time so it all went fine. Now our students are receiving hot lunches again as we wait for our new freezer and refrigerator. This unit is perfect, with a simple toggle switch, it can be a freezer or refrigerator.
