I used Matt for repairs as well as service for my pool for several years before moving to the north shore. When I purchased a house in the city again of course I called him. He set up an appointment. He stood me up, then I called numerous times and he didn't have even courtesy to return my calls and say he didn't have time or whatever. I'm so disappointed as he had always been good about coming. We spent thousands with him on upkeep of our other pool. Sad. Don't bother with this one.the owner reported that he didn't do work for us but maintained my pool for 2 years, you

This is a great company! I'm super thankful for Matt as he is very reliable. He had to schedule me two weeks out for a skimmer replacement (big job!) and I was nervous the whole time on whether he was going to show up - past experiences with other vendors. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, replaced my skimmer, and swept up on the way out!
Matt has also replaced the sand in my filter. To say that I've had some work done with this company is an understatement! I would highly recommend them for pool repairs!
