Have been waiting 3 months for the Wheelchair I bought from BEK to get fix. It seems like they push what is wrong with it on you mishandling it. When the equipment you purchased is a life line you don't tell the customer it was mishandled by them. I have bought a couple of items from them all are no good. Very expensive items but not secured for the price. Always the manufacturer fault.

Rene at BEK Medical is a true blessing. I'm researching portable oxygen machines for a relative, and Rene patiently answered my questions. I love this place. I have been to BEK more than once and I’ve had a wonderful experience. The owner/manager and the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. If you ever need medical equipment, do not go anywhere else but BEK. I cannot praise the staff and owners enough for everything they did for my family when my parents were terminally ill. Hospice provided alot of things but BEK stepped in when we needed better quality diapers, chucks, oxygen tanks, etc.

I recently visited BEK Medical to buy some supplies in preparation for my recovery period after hip surgery. The assistant who helped me was friendly and knowledgable. She helped me figure out what I needed and what would work best for me. I would gladly return to their store if and when I have those kinds of needs again.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Do not go here unless you want sub- par medical supplies that dont work, and then they won't even give a refund for their malfunctioning equipment, instead they lie and say I need proof of a prescription to get a refund!? You didnt need a prescription when you sold it to me....?! Absolutely the WORST place

Very limited, a few wheelchairs, a few lift chairs, extreme markups, employees do not understand their products, does not accept Medicare, prices change drastically depending on which employee is on duty that day. Usually only one sales floor rep is on duty so you could wait 30 minutes for assistance which might come with arrogance.

Vince and Bianca were the best. We arrived about 12 minutes after the store was closed. They saw us in the parking lot, opened the door, and asked us to come in. We were able to compare equipment and got the perfect one. The price and extra courtesy was a big plus. I recommend you go there if you need something medical or to make life easier. They are very knowledgeable. My wife and I will go back just to look around. They had various items we both could use to help make every day life easier. I tried to give Vince a few dollars for staying late. He wouldn't take it, said he appreciated

I was visiting Dallas this past weekend and my uncle needed to stop by for a mask. I was supposed to translate but Rene spoke Spanish, so I looked around. The employee made it a priority to go back and forth between clients even making sure I was doing fine. We were very impressed with the customer service and how knowledgeable he was.

They have mostly everything you need. Some things are a little bit expensive. They even have CBS oil by the strength. They have the cream, gel and oil. The higher the strength the higher the price. Otherwise the atmosphere was great. The young lady was very helpful. I got a pillow. Yes I like the store, cause this was the my first time visiting the store. What l really loved about the store is the lift chairs they have. Continue being a great store. Thanks for the great service. Will be back soon.

Wow, excellent place to go for medical products, hydraulic lift, and power chair services! They went above and beyond to help my business associate fix her hydraulic lift when they could have easily told her just to buy another one. I couldn't recommend them higher. They also have a lot of neat walking canes, ingenious little tools, and other gear for simpler adaptation to emergency, surgery, injury, orthopedic, rehabilitation, and recovery needs.

On the day my relative was discharged from the hospital to home, we pulled into the parking lot at BEK Medical Supply 10 minutes after the official closing time on Saturday. Vince had already locked up the store, turned out the lights, and was leaving for the day. He saw us in the parking lot and asked how he could assist. We were so grateful that he allowed us to come inside the store, and waited on us while we picked out the shower chair and bed wedge we needed for that first day home. I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness and his patience.

I called into BEK Medical twice - both times the customer service was phenomenal! One call was even 6 minutes before closing and my questions were answered without feeling rushed.
When I went in the products I had asked about were set aside for me, but with some additional questions and trying out some different chairs I decided to get something I had not even considered.
Additionally- the team helped me do the math and comparisons on if I should rent or buy the equipment I was interested in...something you would think I would have done prior. But, I did not feel pressured to make a decision either

like we do every year, but 'A' had surgery and
was not allowed to put ANY weight on her foot for
six weeks...including the entire run of the fair.
At home, she motored around on a knee scooter, but
that would not be feasible at the fair. I needed
to get a wheelchair.
Through Yelp (of course), I found BEK; not many
reviews, but they were all 5-star. Now I know
why.

I came in for crutches because....well I'm getting older and the customer service was great. I hobbled in with dad in tow, let the gentlemen know what I needed, and he not only picked out a pair of crutched but sized them for me as well. They were extremely affordable and I'll definitely recommend this place for medical supplies. I was also able to use my health savings card here with no issues.

This rating is based on the customer service I just received. I am in town for a graduation. I have a recent knee injury, so I was looking for a wheelchair or scooter. The rep helped me find a scooter that can be carried in the trunk. He completed the rental over the phone. What wonderful service. I neglected to get his name, so I wanted to be sure to give this well-deserved rating. Excellent customer service is a rarity these days. Thank you.

I was looking for a scooter to replace the one I had for 11 years. My research was first close to me, I live in Grand Prairie, expanding to Dallas and Fort Worth. I spoke with Tony from this store, the Store matching prices, his professionalism, and dedication to his job led me to Purchase my Go Go CX from them. I feel Larry, Veronica, Tony and Gabriel were troopers in helping me with my Go Go experience. I highly recommend visiting the store an checking out their large inventory.......
