I took my son there and spent over $200 on Hats,Socks,and few shirts.We went back to spend more money and when we tried to try on a shirt They said that they dont allow us to try on clothes. This Policy has lost you a customer. Went to Zumies and tried on clothes with no issues..I'll spend my money elsewhere.THEY WONT LAST LONG!!!

I have been down to this store aT least three times over the holidays spending well over $300. When I realized the hats I purchased for my son and husband were the wrong size I returned WITH MY RECEIPT, and asked to simply exchange for a size they could wear. He proceeded to show me a sign that said no exchanges and I asked him why he couldn't exchange a hat for a different size and he said "he's not the boss". I suggested that he mention to his boss that it is probably not worth the bad word of mouth and losing a customer that would have likely returned in the future. Now

Customer service or lack there of purchased a hat for a family member for Christmas , turned out to be the wrong size went to exchange it told my receipt was from last month and no good, 11-30 still not 30 days , After I pointed that out was told the hat was not in sellable shape , hats been sitting in the same bag it was purchased in on November 30. What a joke these guys just didn't want to help , What's even sadder is me my brother and friends have been shopping here for over 15 years if not longer and I come in at least twice a month for hats and shoes going to have to seriously reevaluate

I started getting Instagram advertisements on my phone for these guys. And I noticed that they put out great, one of a kind, hats. As a hat collector, I was totally into their inventory and designs.
On a chance conversation with a coworker. I mentioned the place, and its somewhere he visits often. My coworker suggested I go on a Friday in order to spin a wheel for some free swag, if you spend 15 bucks.
So after months of waiting for my next Friday off work and available, I visited Billion Creation. I was not disappointed.

This place has a multitude of Vans and more.They also carry Volcom products plus.many more. They carry hats,shorts backpacks all great items , Alon with new and retro Padres merchandise and other teams but a plethora of Padres hats and jersey type merchandise... The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products they carry .... So go ahead check them out...

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service! Their employees have no customer service skills let alone any social skills. When you’re in an industry that sells practically the same merchandise as a bunch of other stores in the same area then customer service is that much more important because that’s what’s going to be the difference maker. Better off going to a different store.

They had a wide selection of things that I liked and was able to purchase the items I had seen on their website, I went in with my mom and as we were looking around the one employee I saw kept in close range watching us like we were going to steal something and another gentlemen who I assumed to be the owner watched us like a hawk, I never felt more uncomfortable than I did at this store and this was an instant feeling as we entered the store. When I go to San Diego I always stop here and usually pick up a hat. The owner always treats me well and talks to me for at least 15 minutes. Nice lady and is willing to give you her advice on hat choices.
They carry the best New Era hat selection I've seen in SD.

If this is the same place that I went to with the same owners, then I would rather walk 10 feet to noor clothing. I went to B&C during Christmas and asked the male clerk if they had layaway, he said yes. So I got some outfits, put on counter. Then the owner I'm guessing ( she was philipino I think) sayed'' it will cost'' so so , I told her ''I want it on layaway'' she says rudely'' we have no layaway'',then she takes the clothes from the counter saying thing in her own language. So every now and then I will have a last minute print run where time is a factor and I do not have enough time to order through the apparel company directly. Luckily, I have found B & C Sportswear. Everytime I come I am promptly assisted in getting my order of tees together. No matter what the size or quantity, i have always found that they are able to provide me with exactly what I need. I can even call in and they will help me in assembling my order so it is ready to go when I arrive.
