Except for the 6ft physical distancing and more handwashing, we are business as usual. Come see us at the Factory, or we can deliver and set up with a phone call order. If you have more down time than normal make your day by making someone else's day. Reconnect with a friend or family member you haven't talked to in a while.
Our outdoor products our made with preserved yellow pine, which is warrantied for a lifetime of protection against rot and insects. Additional protection is needed against sun, mildew, and water damage. Most products recommend allowing the wood to weather one year unprotected. This allows the "grain to rise".

We also have the ability to custom build just about any playset design you can imagine. Because we are the manufacturer, you save money and still get a premium, heavy duty playset.
The L-frame will fit under all our loft beds and the loft beds Provided by UGA Housing (Yes, Even in Creswell). Yes, but because the futon mattress is so thick, it doesn't easily fold into the loveseat position. The futon is a white canvas color.
We recommend you buy a futon cover for three reasons: 1.) A futon cover is specially fitted to stay on the mattress, 2.) A cover helps protect the mattress from dirt and can be taken off and machine washed, 3.) Covers come in a variety of colors to coordinate your room.A fitted sheet is OK if the futon is only used as a bed.

We will arrange your pick-up when you have a better idea when you will be moving in. The futon is best moved in after everything else is in its place, so keep that in mind when thinking of the best pick-up time. We schedule deliveries in one hour time slots starting at 10am. Your delivery team will show up some time during your pre-determined hour and be about 15min.
