Maxie has worked with the Karen Tanner Real Estate Group since 2011. She started as a Transaction Coordinator and quickly discovered her love for real estate. Her amazing organizational skills coupled with her appreciation for providing the highest level of customer service makes her an excellent Realtor.
Annie believes education, communication and organization are the core elements that help her provide exceptional service to real estate clients. Annie is proactive and effectivly manages all of the moving parts associated with a real estate transaction. Her specialties range from assisting first-time homebuyers to helping empty nesters downsize.
Brittany has been involved in real estate her whole life through her father, Bill Correll. He was a successful Real Estate Agent in the Carmel and surrounding areas and she has been following in his footsteps in providing personal service at the highest level to her real estate clients. Prior to getting into real estate in 2017, she was a first grade teacher in Indianapolis.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Karen. We bought a lot, built new and sold our existing house with Karen. The whole process was a year+ and she was there for every step. It was great having someone so knowledgeable be our champion and help manage our expectations. I’m glad the process is behind us but sad we don’t have a reason to talk to her regularly anymore!

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and could not have had a better experience working with Karen! She prepared us for the market, answered our (many) questions, and when we were ready to make an offer we felt confident! Karen was also fun to work with! We enjoyed our time seeing homes with her, and honestly the whole process was a whole lot less intimidating having her in our corner!

Karen is a knowledgeable, responsive, and all around fantastic realtor. She helped my husband and I buy our first home 4 years ago and sell it this past month well above asking price. For both buying and selling, she always ensured that our questions were answered and interests were met. For the sale of our home, she went above and beyond our expectations and even helped us to repair a deck board after we had already left the state (one thousand thank you's to Karen's dad)! We are so appreciative of her and her team!!

This group is the most amazing group of Realtors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had 5 properties I wanted to sell and they went above and beyond to find buyers, work with tenants and find solutions to problems as they would crop up. They stay on top of the properties and make sure that everyone is doing what they need to do, whether it is the property manager, buyer, other agents, inspectors, appraisers, tenants etc. I tried a couple of other realtors first and was lowballed and unimpressed.
