All my visits to Franklin Clinic have been good. The front office staff is efficient and cordial. All the nurses are very fast with intake and always friendly. Dr. Buchanan is kind, knowledgeable and knows my needs. Let’s face it, no one wants to go to the doctor, so it helps to have the Franklin Clinic staff who are so willing to help.

Chris Wallace and the entire staff are #1 in my book! They have been treating my household with the upmost attention and care. Great listeners. Outstanding bedside manner. Knowledgeable. Quick to help. The follow-up phone calls to check on us at home was over the top appreciated. I will never go anywhere else!

I love the staff. They are caring and efficient. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen and answer questions. We even get to laugh and joke which makes a wonderful experience when you aren't feeling good. It shows me the love and concern. The doctors are knowledgeable and if they don't know they investigate until they do. Wait time is almost nonexistent. I like that they offer telemedicine. My mom was recently released from the hospital and they kept in touch with me and offered telehealth as it is an hour drive for us.
If I could give more stars I would.

I had a wonderful experience at Franklin clinic. The women out front were unfriendly and unhelpful but Dr Andrew Tullmen was excellent. I’m pretty well versed in what a doctor should do under certain circumstances and presented with certain symptoms and he was exactly on target with me. He was personable, had a great bedside manner and obviously knew what he was doing. I had aspirated an aspirin the night before and was coughing badly with a tight chest. He suggested a chest x-ray (absolutely right) to rule out even a small pneumonia (he even had a radiologist read it to be safe), perhaps some
