Many of you know me. For those who do not, I have practiced Family Medicine in Mammoth Lakes since 2003, first at the Sierra Park Clinics and now as a solo practitioner. My practice is focused on health optimization, disease prevention and chronic disease management. I am not tied to the requirements of insurance, so my appointments are flexible.
You and I will have enough time to meet your health care needs. We can schedule longer appointments to address all of your health concerns. When appropriate, phone consultations and home visits can be arranged for established patients.

Patients are unhappy and physicians are burned out. Longer appointments are a thing of the past. Patients are limited to one or two medical concerns during these short visits, requiring return visits to complete care. Physicians often don't have the time to get to know their patients well. This may result in extra tests and or unneeded medications.
You are not charged for time spent reviewing your chart prior to your appointment or time spent completing your chart after the appointment is over. In addition to office visits, it is our practice to charge on prorated basis for the time required to perform any other service which you may request of us including telephone conversations lasting more than 5 minutes.
Given the nature of my private practice, I had to opt out of Medicare. This means that Medicare will not reimburse either me or Medicare patients for my professional services (office visits). I can still see Medicare patients. Choosing to pay out of pocket for my services does not affect your Medicare coverage for other services such as labs, radiology and other studies that are ordered by me.
