If I could select zero stars I would. This company is in the business of taking advantage of people. We lost both inlaws to covid in August. Explain to me how we've had to pay $1200 since August. Their fee is $150 per month. Seems to me that the tech, who we know has not showed up at all some weeks, is adding a lot in chemicals. Every time the family has been there, the pool looks horrible. The death of two elderly customers is not a blank check written by their children. Absolutely despicable.
