My dad contracted COVID in March and I had to reschedule because I opted to quarantine myself for a couple weeks in case of any risk of passing it on to anyone. I came in for my rescheduled appointment this morning and when I told the staff member I did not apply numbing cream she looked at me and said "really?" and I could tell she was frustrated with me. I felt really bad I had no intention of ruining their schedule for the day with my own appointment.
