Orthopedic Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. Orthopedic Urgent Care is located in Suite 102 of the Ambassador Crossing (Whole Foods) shopping center next to Chipotle. Our physical address is 4231 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy., Suite 102, Lafayette, LA 70508.

Waited over 2 hours and I never saw Kira. We had to leave because of another appointment that I had. Was wondering if there even was a PA on staff that day. There weren’t a lot of people waiting. And everyone who was in the waiting room, those ahead of us and those behind us, were all taken care of before us. Maybe she forgot about us?? All the other staffers were GREAT! Maybe something else was going on, so I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt but in case there may be others experiencing the same issues, I feel inclined to leave this review. I’ve always had great experiences with

Stacey and the staff was awesome!From the friendly front desk to the X-Ray tech and Dr made us feel all welcomed! Stacy was very concerned about my pain level and very determined to find out the origin of all my problems. Went way beyond what we expected. She was very attentive and focused on me and my husband’s concerns and answered all our questions. She was in no hurry whatsoever to get out to the next patient either…….and as a patient that is very important!!!! I would highly recommend Her! Thank you so much!

Stacey Prather was great. Spoke directly to us and to our son and made sure he was taken care of kindly and answered our questions, courteously as well as made sure we were aware of next steps of his treatment / care. X-Ray tech was equally cordial and helpful. Only negative of trip was two ladies working reception / check-in could be overheard making fun of people calling in.

Absolutely excellent service!! I brought my 2 y/o son in during the middle of the day after a fall at school. He was in a lot of pain and we were attended to immediately! He was handled with gentle care, diagnosed with a dislocated elbow which was quickly corrected! So glad this facility is available and We will be back when it is needed!! Highly reccomended!!

I thoroughly recommend this Urgent Care Place. I was x-rayed and seen by the doctor within 30 minutes. Very professional, courteous, friendly people. I was impressed with their concern about costs and keeping it down. With my previous interactions with other Urgent Care facilities, this place is tops.
