Our King/Queen suites have a 50" flat-screen TV in the King room and a 36" flat screen in the queen room. We also have executive suites that have a sofa sleeper, 50" flat-screen TV with King pillow-top bed, and in the other room is a 36" flat-screen with queen bed. The bedroom has a King bed with a King Beauty Rest Pillow-top mattress and a 36 flat-screen TV, with a Jacuzzi tub (for two) in the bathroom.

I was in Yuma for a high school reunion and we were given a really good room rate here. I was impressed right from the start. Everyone from check-in, to housekeeping, to maintenance was very accommodating and super friendly. My room was very clean, had absolutely everything I needed, and filled with nostalgia. This place was built in 1938, so new and modern it isn't. But if you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with clean rooms and very friendly people, you'll love it here. On top of that, breakfast at a restaurant just a few steps down the street is included in the room price. The restaurant

I had the privilege of calling this place home for a week and a half and loved it!
Rooms were clean, cozy, and cold (which in the summer is a beautiful thing)! Beds were comfy but to my surprise the couch was the comfiest place I've ever been in my whole life! There's even an extra cozy blanket in the drawer.
Located super close to freeway, downtown, and lots of food choices within 5 minutes.
Absolutely enjoyed it, will stay again, and definitely recommend!

I was super duper impressed with this place! The room was nice and clean, the staff were really friendly, and the location was super convenient. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful - would definitely recommend you make the upgrade for it. The complimentary breakfast is served at the next door restaurant and it was so delicious! The had great food - especially their Chorizo. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is due to the fact I did find a few silverfish.
