I moved here after a very bad experience with another apartment complex. I moved in without even seeing the apartment. It has not been a disappointment. They answer any maintenance request promptly. And trust me I have put some in. I like how my neighbors respect each other. The area is quiet. I plan on renewing my least when the time comes.

I was planning on moving in to this apartment complex even though I had already seen the reviews about this place and also had interacted with one of their residents and she said they weren’t worth what they charge for rent and that the manager (Juanita) is extremely rude and has no type of professionalism whatsoever. I was desperate to find an apartment and decided the location of this complex was in my best interest. So I went ahead and applied, got approved, let Juanita know that I wanted to see the apartment plenty of times and she always said she didn’t have anything available and on their

Avoid at all costs! They are recently under new management and they are horrible. I spoke with the new manager about renewing my contract and she gave me a very high new rent price, almost $300 more than my old. I got out as soon as I could then a month later I get a letter in the mail from Sevilla saying I owe $1200 from damages to the apartment. I left that apartment in great condition these charges are ridiculous and I will be seeking legal action. If your going to move in don't expect to get your security deposit back in the future instead expect a bill for over $1000 dollars in bogus charges

Pretty place the first time we had fly cockroaches and and kinds of bugs coming and they have wasp around here and the second time lower part of apartments we don't have a light bulb to see. When it rains a bunch of mud comes in and stays there so no light bulb and mud you're bound to step in 3 inch mud
