Aspen NW Property Management
Maintenance and repair costs can eat quickly into any landlord's income, especially first-time landlords that don't adequately protect themselves. If you're looking for some ways to reduce your overall maintenance and repair costs, you'll need to plan things through from the very beginning. Starting out on the right foot. Tenant-proofing a home is a lot like child-proofing a home. You need to consider every aspect of your property and how it could break through poor care or a lack.

Moved in with appliance not working, was told it would get fixed, never got fixed. All cadet heaters stopped working at one point. They had someone come out and just reset them and nothing else. During pandemic, homeowner tried like hell to kick us out. Lessthan a month of moving out, the house was gutted and put on the market for sale and they are trying to charge me for things i didnt even get to use while living there and all the stuff that was replaced for the owner to sell the house. Lawyer already involved, stay far away. Absolute joke of a company,

Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from these guys. Just read the reviews for yourself! Aspen NW managed my property from 2015-2018, and they have been absolutely awful. Poor management, lack of attention to detail, forget to send me tax/license invoices, take way too long to repair things, overcharge me for said repairs, poor job and turning over the property, etc. Yeah, they are probably the cheapest property management company out there, but you get what you pay for. Spend a little more and go with management company that has their act together - you'll thank me later.

I can't believe the post's that I am reading about Aspen! I was with Aspen for many many years and Mark and Lucy are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I rented from a slum lord that never wanted to authorize Aspen to do any work that ever needed done! You people need to take a look at not just Aspen but your actual landlord! Aspen in my eyes have been amazing and the most easiest company to ever work with! I am waiting until they have an opening so that I can rent with them again. I was ALWAYS taken care of with Aspen.

They would not fix the things that were broken while I lived there, but after I moved out they charged me for all of the things that I called them about. When I moved in things were broken and the carpet was disgusting. It took them almost 6 months to come and fix something that was broken when we moved in, after that they fixed maybe 2 more things, then stopped fixing things period. Someone else came in and replaced the carpet. The house is old and has rotting boards beneath, however, it's in a really nice neighborhood.

I appreciate the team at Aspen NW. I've used them for two years, and they handled everything. The renters weren't the best, but they fixed it and made it right. The owner himself, Sean Hummel, came and helped some bc I’m guessing he felt bad for us and wanted to make it right. The reality is sometimes you get bad renters, at times it is preventable to get a bad one but ya never know how people will turn out or what crazy event could happen. Aspen NW will take care of it though, and you in the process.

I would give 0 stars if possible, by far the worst renting agency I have ever dealt with, the lady at the front desk is always short with you and incredibly rude, nobody ever follows up when something breaks or needs to be fixed, I will have to call them five times before anything gets started and even then were lucky to get anything done, they put a hole in my bathroom floor because it was rotted and had to be tested and the whole bathroom needs to be replaced, that was 2 years ago, they still have not done anything about it and the rent has been raised 200 last year and 150 this year and they

Had no issues while actually renting from them, Until we moved. They tried to keep our 1650$ deposit, for cleanliness of the house and yard. The yard was in the lease as responsibility of the owners not the tenants & we had the carpets professionally cleaned with receipt in hand. We had have pictures of before we moved in and after & it was cleaner when we left. They had black mold growing in the bathroom & tried to make us pay for the broken dish disposal when we had contacted them and had it fixed

We had the worse experience with this company possible. When we moved in the home things were broken. We submitted numerous maintenance request and non were answered. They always told us that they had to check with the owner. Due to the fact that I am a landlord myself, It's hard to believe that the owner didn't want to pay for proper up keep of their property. I wonder if they even expressed our concerns to the owner. After this experience we actually decided against purchasing a home in Washington for fear of obtaining a bad rental company. I can thank Aspen for that.

I wish I can give this company 0 stars! I was an actual renter from this company. I have had nothing but problems without resolutions while I lived there. I was in contact with one of their agents, who doubled as a manager, about once a month, if I was lucky. With every issue, someone new would call me from ASPEN telling me this is the first they've heard of any issues. I managed to get out of my lease early with threats of calling building and code inspectors because it was starting to get unsafe to live there. I thought I was free until I received only about 10% of my security deposit in the
