Yes- acupuncture is extremely safe. The U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved acupuncture needles for use by licensed practitioners, requiring practitioners to follow strict safety guidelines while using only sterile, disposable, nontoxic needles. It is important that you see a licensed acupuncturist with the proper training to avoid injury.
We are In-Network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Of Idaho, Humana, Pacific Source Voyager, Regence, and TriWest Healthcare Alliance (veterans). We can check your coverage as a courtesy but it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to confirm benefits and acupuncture coverage prior to your appointment.

Please try to avoid eating or drinking anything that will stain your tongue, such as coffee, tea, juice, or candy for at least an hour before arrival, as we will be examining your tongue and we want it to be its normal color. Refrain from using caffeine, drugs, and alcohol for at least two hours before and after your treatment.

NCREDIBLE ACUPUNCTURIST
OMG!!!! I have had 3 back surgeries and still have pain in my leg. People recommend others to me and I'm willing to try almost anything. A person who I never would have thought would do this went to him and said he was amazing! I had to try. I was skeptical but after 25+ years in pain I figured I'd give it a try. He BLEW ME AWAY!!! The acupuncturist's name is Nelson Ivan Comerci. He's off of Prairie near 95 in Hayden. 208-946-8075. I was out of pain for 4 days and my pain has greatly decreased. I am amazed!!! I'm going back. Ancient Chinese Secret
