Office staff is rude. Attempted to move here paid my application and admin fee was told if I pay 150 security deposit they would send me my address. Go in a day before move in and Cindy was rude and dismissive accused my husband and I of fraud paperwork and changed the unit we were supposed to move in a day before I was to move in. Asked for our security deposit and she said no we couldn’t get our security deposit. I’m so glad we didn’t move here. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Do not move to the chase off Eastchase in Fort Worth or deal with Wells asset management they will

Its no coincidence the only poitive review is from an employee. When you seen the name Wells Asset attached to any property Run! This company has built a legacy of run down property and poor customer service. All the people they hire are the rejects and crooks that have been spit out by the industry. I made the mistake of living at one of thier properties which was comparable to the living conditions of a third world country. I spoke with Rhonda Floyd who avoided my calls and was extremely unprofessional. She was aware that our apartment was with out water for 4 days (during Christmas) and refused

The manager is rude, never gives you your lease to renew until a few days before it's time to move out then blames you. She moved only her friends in and let's them get away with hell on earth. She blackmails tenants by giving them eviction notices for no reason then says if they pay her 2500 dollars she'll let them stay and when they do, she kicks them out anyway just to move her friends in... and to top it off she throws their belongings in the parking lot and tells tenants to take whatever they want for free before the evicted tenant can get back to pick them up.

I wouldn't even rate this company a star. PLEASE DO NOT rent from this property. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they have terrible mold in their apartments. When you complain about the mold, they say "it's a part of life". It is absurd how they handle their customer complaints. I have been sick for months due to their mold and can barely reside in my apartment and yet they still have not dealt with this issue. The lady named Margo, who works in the leasing office is the worst. I have never received this type of service in my life. She was so rude to me and very unprofessional.

I use to be a happy resident, that is not so anymore. Since the previous manager left the property has declined. It is no longer crime free or nice. The property does not deserve the Gold Star any longer. There is no 24hr emergency maintenance (we went 2 days without access to our toilets), no access to laundry room anymore, and parking is a joke. Cameras were installed years ago on property for the safety of the property and residents, NOT SO ANY LONGER! My vehicle has been vandalized, one stolen, property broken and stolen from in front of my patio and when I asked the manager if she could please

Horrible Horrible management company. Kelly Sours (property manager) comes of rude and difficult to correspond with. They've double billed me for utilities every month since they took over my property, and Kelly hadn't responded to me from Feb 15th to March 15th. Her response was to ask me what I was reaching out to her about...several emails were sent to connect with her over this time with no answer.
Judging by these reviews this is not out of the ordinary for this company. If I didn't already live here, I wouldn't move in, and I recommend that you consider this poor management when looking

My car was wrongfully towed from a visitors parking spot at Rose Gate Apartments in Garland,TX poorly managed by Wells Asset Management. My car was towed from a visitors parking spot at Rose Gate Apartments poorly managed by Wells Asset Management. The resident, my friend, works a lot and travels quite often so I keep her kids for her on the weekends and when she has business out of town since about October 2016. I woke up last Saturday June 10th 2017 to find my car was gone. I called the towing company very upset wanting to know why my car was wrongfully towed from a VISITORS PARKING SPACE. She

I've been living at one of their properties in Farmers Branch, going on 3 years not. Not Londan Square. I heard that place sucks. But as far as the management team here and Kelly at the office, they have always taken care of any needs. HVAC, Blind replacement, plumbing issues etc... I love where i live and appreciate the team and Kelly very much.

They manage London Square Apartments. Over the past couple of years, I've been fighting the deterioration of the area (as in, the complex was becoming quite ghetto). Now, to retaliate, the management company has decided I should be kicked out, rather than them fixing the problems. Is it my fault the management at the complex starts her day at 10 a.m., thereby ensuring late payment of rent? Or is it my fault that the manager picks unruly tenants to rent here? The rent keeps going up at London Square, but the maintenance has gone down the crapper. They'd rather make excuses, instead of supporting
