I just returned from a week of travel. Called to get picked up at Prescott Airport. The driver, Dennis, was polite, friendly and very attentive.
The fare was very reasonable. After a long week I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely use Grab a cab from now on. I had used them in the past and was happy with the service then. The service has been consistently good..

I used this service for two weeks straight while temporarily in Prescott for work (I had initially reserved a rental car, but when I got to the counter, realized that my driver's license had expired three days earlier - ugh). But every driver with this company was so personable and prompt - I scheduled my pick-up times in advance, and never had to wait. They were courteous, safe and provided a receipt promptly to my email after each ride (and I had over 20 rides with them over the last few weeks). Would definitely use again!

The driver on the phone said a "grab a cab" would arrive in 20 minutes, but it was a no show and very frustrating. I ended up flagging down a different cab service off the street, which was pure luck being that it was 2:30am. I understand that there's limited service at this time, but a phone call would have been nice to let me know about my ride.

Given the Covid situation, I was stunned that the driver did not wear a mask. I am 69 and have compromising health issues.
When they arrived, they saw me standing there, masked, and that should have been a clue that masking was/is important to me. Since I had a suitcase, they of course were within 6 feet of me handling the suitcase and taking my payment. Yes, there was a partial partition between the front and back seats, but as they turned around to talk to me during the drive, the partition was meaningless.

I was called a cab and just before it showed up a girl said we were splitting the fare and cab ride as we were heading to same area. The girl asked the taxi driver if she had to wear a mask & was told no. Now I am sitting in back of a small car with a stranger without a max sitting right next to me. This is NOT ok. We got to my destination first and the cab driver expected me to pay the full fare! This was not the arrangement. It was to be split in half not to mention having NO regard for my health allowing the stranger not to wear a mask & sit in back with me! Covid19 is serious! The cab

I took my first ride with them on Halloween. They were very prompt, accommodating and friendly! I will recommend them from now on. I know some of my elderly patients will be greeted with a smile, treated with respect and arrive safely. It feels good to know we finally have a cab company with a heart for people!
