Since day one I have been treated like family! The explanations given are understandable and at my level and their response is immediately. They have taken my property from clay mud to a beautiful fescue grass. Along with excellent follow up and true concern.

My lawn is worse now then before using them. After over a year of service the lawn is covered in weeds a stripped an blotchy with actually green grass. Instead of discussing the issue or reviewing the problems they decided that we should terminate the contract. If you want to throw money away for lawn treatment then this is the company for you!!! I highly doubt they were actually treating my yard.

They did get rid of thistles in back yard an yes yard looks better, but their sense of urgency on follow up weed control an lack of response to your concerns is terrible. Plus not happy with actual set up seems could give more notice sometimes less then 24 hours when they tell you your coming. Never seen a company do this. Will be looking for another service soon or do it myself.
