No. Hypnosis is not mind control, if you were given a suggestion you did not agree with, you would simply refuse, laugh at it, or awaken. In stage hypnosis, the Hypnotist will carry out suggestibility tests and those that pass will be used in the stage show, this is because the Hypnotist knows there will be a high rate of extrovert people sitting in front, who will do pretty much anything for a laugh, they have no moral compass.
