Larkey HVAC
In 1959 P.T. Larkey began selling and installing Stokermatic brand coal heaters out of his garage and then a store building on his property because he saw a need for change. They were, in their time, the most innovative way to heat your home. Moving into the 60's P.T. began having inquiries about fuel oil heat and central air conditioning.

In 1969 his son David went into business with him advancing the company into installing gas furnaces and eventually electric heat pumps. The building we are in now was purchased in 1971 from Carl and Fredora Lay. P.T. retired soon after and in 1979 David's son Dwight joined the company moving forward with increased technology.

Larkey HVAC proudly offers the latest technology in indoor air quality. We are proud to introduce the most sophisticated whole-house air treatment available on the market today! Poor humidity control in your home or office can be disastrous for your property. Excessive humidity can cause mold or mildew, structural damage, health problems, and even attract bugs and other pests. Too low of humidity can cause wood to dry and crack, hardwood floors to separate and warp, wallpaper to crack and peel, and a myriad of other damages to just about everything in your home.
Air ducts are usually one of the last things a homeowner thinks about when it comes to maintaining their HVAC system. Air ducts are an essential part of your home's HVAC system. Over time, the air ducts may deteriorate, leading to increased energy costs, a loss of efficiency, poor performance, or even potential damage to your HVAC system.

Our air quit working in april and we called smiths and they came out and said it was fixed and it went out a couole weeks later and we called larkeys and they came out and got it fixed and was very well priced. The only thing it took 4 weeks but they had to order parts and wait on them to come in and then their building caught fire so I understand that.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
They lied to us about their service availability. They promised us a two day range in which they would come and service our unit. They did not show up the first day and when I called on the second, they said that they did not know when they would get to us.
