Tom Blake handled my personal injury claim with outstanding results. Throughout the entire process, Tom was responsive, timely, and I felt he really considered what was important to me. His office staff, Sue in particular, was also extremely personable and professional. The whole insurance process is certainly more complicated than I ever imagined; even after Tom convinced the two insurance companies to agree to the maximum settlement, then it had to go through a very complicated subrogation process with my health insurance company, and my health insurance company wanted the entire settlement.
