It isn't every day that a company impresses me but a few years ago I bought fireplace from New-Aire Fireplaces. I called just now to ask about a part and before I could say anything the the owner asked how the fireplace was working and suggested that I get some new door rope, which was exactly what I was calling about. He knew my name, location, the type of fireplace I bought, and even the back story without be saying anything. Wow! Good job guys.
