Law Office Of Julie Low
I was hoping for efficiency, good service and answers to all my estate planning questions. I received all that and more!.I was glad I attended one of Julie's estate planning workshops before I began the process. It made everything so much easier to understand. We believe we got so much for what we paid, compared to what little we got before elsewhere.

Thank you ever so much for everything. I never could have done the Medicaid application process without the Law Office of Julie Low. This was the best treatment and experience, ever. Gold stars all around! Myself, my wife and my elderly parent were all extremely pleased with Julie's thoroughness and the timely completion of my Dad's trust.
Services
The Law Office of Julie Low is located in the heart of Beverly, MA-a beautiful sea-side city rich in history and culture, but with the feel of a small town. For these reasons, Attorney Low has chosen to call Beverly home, both professionally and personally.

The office opened in early 2010 and has grown steadily as more people have become aware of Julie's personable and comprehensive approach to Elder Law, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning.
The high cost of long-term care has made planning a critically important issue for most middle class seniors and their families. In fact, most seniors will likely require some form of long-term care. Sadly, many of them are unprepared for the significant financial burdens it places on their family's hard earned savings.
I got more than expected at the Law Office of Julie Low. Julie's planning provided a level of detail and thoroughness that plumbed the depths of legal possibilities. Contingency management of the highest order! The organization of the resulting documents into a single binder allows ready access to any of the multiple areas within key documents, a real necessity given the comprehensive scope and depth of the details.
Our goals are your goals. We believe in making the estate planning process easier to understand, comfortable and comprehensive, ultimately giving you peace of mind that your affairs are in order. We believe that Estate Planning is for Everyone! We do not charge hourly rates for estate planning work and will quote you a flat fee after our initial consultation.
If you currently provide care for a child or loved one with special needs (such as mental or physical disabilities), you must have contemplated with concern about what may happen to them when you are no longer able to provide and care for them.

While you can certainly insure that they receive money and assets, such a bequest may prevent them from qualifying for or losing any current essential benefits under the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid programs. However, public monetary benefits provide only for the bare necessities such as food, housing and clothing.

I worked at the Law Office of Julie Low and I am not known for one to throw out compliments too lightly, BUT I do need to say that I feel that I do have to comment on Julie's law practice. She is highly intelligent and can certainly help out her Clients to get them the most protection possible for their matter, but on the same note, she is the most caring and honest people I know. I have worked in the Estate Planning field in Mass and in Maine and i have to tell you that SHE is the BEST EVA. I'm totally impressed with her knowledge AND her kindness all rolled up in ONE. She is the BEST...

Attorney Julie Low cares about all her clients. It would take a letter to explain how much she has done for me. I have several different chronic illnesses and MS. Low has learned about my disabilities , ( does she have time for this? NO) however she takes the time. I have never met a more compassionate professional in my life. I rate her five if there was a 10 I would rate her 10. I say this truthfully. When I had no help to get very important doctors appointments and testing, Julie has cleared her schedule to get me there. She spent hours and hours with me , when she could have been helping many

FYI...the 5 star reviews are from ACTUAL clients. The 1 star reviews are NOT from clients. Greg Luxton rated me a 1 because his friend was laid off from my office. Joseph Modugno was never a client of mine. The 1 star reviews therefore are not from legitimate sources. If you really want to know what clients think, read their testimonials on my website. I have asked Google to remove the illegitimate reviews but to no avail.

Excellent! Professional and definitely caring about her clients. The power of attorney I received was very professional covering many topics. She offers great advice and personal caring service.
example: My Mother had a fall accident. Therefore, I could not get her to the office to sign the final draft. Julie Low, offered to met me at the nursing home, while I was visiting my Mom. A caring Attorney
