At Stardust Cakes we use the freshest and healthiest ingredients to bring you decadent and guilt-free desserts. All of our recipes are our own and we make them as healthful as possible by switching ingredients, reducing fats, sugars, and calories. We are not a store front Bakery, we meet with clients by appointment only since each cake is designed for each individual customer.
Chef Sara Pereira studied Advertising and International Politics at the Pennsylvania State University. After graduating she worked in advertising for 2 years before realizing that the kitchen was her true calling. Sara graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education and worked briefly at Wd~50 under the Celebrated Chef Alex Stupak.

I have hosted numerous holiday parties and have had the pleasure of enjoying Sara's cakes. She makes so many different varieties of deserts. Sara's cakes are unique and above all are delicious. I would highly recommend using Sara for your next occasion. Sara helped me with a carrot cake for my husband's 40th birthday.

Where do I begin.......
From my first meeting with you, I knew you would be the one; the one that embodies the philosophies of cake making.
I grew up in a culture filled with tradition; Rule #1 is the energy of the cook/chef/baker will determine the outcome of the food. The term "food made with love" is a reality for me, and Sara embodies that happy, loving, energetic and fun-filled vibe. Every bite is an avalanche of delicous-nesses.
When looking through your beautiful pages of cake designs, so many jumped out at me. But I knew; like my betrothed, I knew which cake would be mine.

Sara helped me with a carrot cake for my husband's 40th birthday. While my order was a little last minute, she was able to accommodate me and I couldn't be happier. The cake was a hit with great feedback from adults and kids alike. I was very happy to find this business and get a quality cake vs just going to the grocery store. What a wonderful addition to Avondale. I will definitely order more cakes in the future.
