We were very satisfied patients here for a number of years until about 2 years ago (pre-virus). The office now is totally unresponsive, phone calls and emails not returned nor are voice mails responded to. We wonder if Dr. Bowen has retired and didn't alert anyone. Unfortunately, we have now gone to another eye doctor.

Staff is friendly, however, it took them over a month to get me my sample contacts, then when they finally got me my samples, they only gave me 4 days worth and my follow up appointment was in 2 weeks. Total it took over 2 months to finally get some contacts. In the mean time my insurance changed due to my employer switching carriers. When I finally did get my contacts, they were the wrong prescription and I wasn't able to see anything. I contacted Tuallitan I associates to let them know, and they said that I would have to come in for a visit. I told them that my insurance had changed, and

My whole family were clients here for over 5 years. At the beginning of this year the office staff at his office was replaced by new novice employees. My husband went in for his regular eye exam the doctor suggested that along with his regular glasses that he should also get a pair of computer glasses. After his exam my husband ordered his regular glasses and waited several weeks to get them. When he got home he was baffled because it was hard to see with them. Upon calling the office, they had ordered the computer glasses, not the everyday glasses. We then asked them to order a pair of

Awful customer service. The front-desk assistant hung up on my wife when she needed assistance with directions. I called the office to speak with Dr. Bowen. Instead of being able to leave a message and being done with it, I ended up getting questioned about the reasoning for my request. The call ended with "If I don't have anything more specific, he might not call back at all (heh)".
I'll take my business elsewhere.

I called the office to make an appointment and went over appointment times and chose one with the receptionist then when I go in today, she had written down the wrong day and time-one I had specifically said I was not available on. I took time off work and verified my appointment for nothing. The receptionist is incompetent and unprofessional and seems to be the only one in the office. I can't afford to do business with people like this

I have been a patient at Tualatin Eye Associates for years. However, about a week ago, the rubber really met the road. I was on vacation & managed to forget all of my contacts! I had my glasses but was in the deep South and was going rafting the next day & really wanted to be able to wear my sunglasses. It was a Saturday and I was pretty upset since I knew the office was closed. I called Dr. Bowen's emergency line and explained what I did. After some talking with Dr. Bowen and some fact-finding on my part, he had his office person go into the office & call in my prescription, ON
