If you're looking for a professional vendor that communicates effectively and produces quality work, you've landed in the right place.
I've had the pleasure of working with Cohen Construction across a few of the multifamily assets I help oversee. Each project has been tediously thought out and there is constant communication every step of the way.
There has yet to be a project they couldn't tackle for us.
Cohen handles a variety of services from simple W/D venting repairs to larger, full unit rehabs. They have great internal communication, this even extends to admin side of things for billing
