The guys were pleasant enough to talk to. The work however.....dropped my vehicle off at 9am for an alignment. They said 3 hrs. They didn't call till about 2.5 hrs past the 3 hr mark. Told me I needed new wheel bearings. I ask the total. Then i get there to pick my vehicle up, turns out they had only done the alignment. I've asked a few other mechanics. They all said thats unethical. That Autoking should have called me about the bearings as soon as the problem became apparent. So the "alignment" they charged me for didn't actually do anything as the bearings being bad affects that. The autoking
