We understand that when your packaging system is down, your business is down. Olsen's Packaging will help you get back up and running so your products can get out the door. At your shop or at ours, we can troubleshoot, repair your equipment, and get you back in business. Whether your equipment experiences an emergent breakdown or needs scheduled maintenance, we are available to support your service needs.
Our in-house fabrication and machine shop is equipped with CNC machines and metalworking equipment. Our welding shop and job shop services enable us to manufacture and/or repair multiple types of frames and machines. From one-off custom builds, reproduction of obsolete items, or CNC high-production parts, Olsen's can meet your fabrication needs.
All machines require maintenance and will eventually require replacement parts. We stock thousands of parts for many brands of shrink-wrap machines. We are working to list our entire catalog of inventory, but listed here are some of the more commonly used items. Please call or email us to ask about any machine parts you may need.
For polyolefin applications, we offer a high-clarity, multi-layer shrink film that is comprised of cross-linked polymers. This allows for a great degree of versatility for a wide range of product applications. Our polyethylene is a unique blend available in various gauges to perfectly match your application.
