Had plans for an extensive $150K+ pool job, and was working with one of the designers. Seemed very cordial and responsive early on, but then ghosted me and my contractor. Would not respond to calls, texts or emails from either of us, certainly not in a timely manner. Seemed to cut off communication after I questioned a 20% markup for a soils report. I ended up calling the engineer myself and saved over $1,000 just by making a phone call. Again, never had a negative conversation, just could not communicate with him. Nor could my contractor. Would advise getting these folks an assistant or someone

Serviced our pool for years. this year we had a leak. at first they told us we didn’t , finally acknowledged that there was. had to use a third party to detect the leak and once diagnoses they told us “ they were busy and not sure when they could repair it”. as an existing multi year customer i expect them to be responsive to my problems but they are putting new construction ahead of existing service customer

If I have a problem, they will address the issue quickly and take steps to resolve. I highly recommend Aqua Blue for custom built pools and ongoing service/maintenance.

We are very pleased with our Aqua Blue Pools experience. From design with Christine, installation with Leo, & service with Samantha & Kenny- everyone was professional & a pleasure to work with. We entertained several pool companies, but Aqua Blue Pools met & exceeded our expectations. We were informed every step of the way & we would recommend them without hesitation.
