Paola Montoya, the owner of this establishment uses an off market device which severely damaged my skin. I was in excruciating pain the ENTIRE session and she would not stop the process! She kept saying beauty is pain and thank goodness I made her stop before she did my entire face!! When I approached her with my concerns because skin was not healing properly, she continued saying that I was too much of a worrier and didn’t seem very concerned.
