I contacted Ballanger Insurance for business coverage and Carter got me set up with exactly what I need! He was very knowledgeable and able to explain to me about additional coverage that I should have, without "breaking the bank". I felt he cared about making sure I am prepared for the future, which is greatly appreciated. Carter was also able to help me with my personal auto insurance. Everyone loves to save money, but when you get better coverage AND save money, that's a big win! I am so happy I chose them.

It was hard finding affordable insurance as a 20-year-old driver, and Carter was able to provide me with both an affordable policy as well as coverage that Progressive and All State were nowhere near matching. Best Insurance Agent we have ever had. John and the whole group are amazing, they answer the phones, do what they say they will, are responsive and have reasonable rates. Our sweet insured had moved out of our state (Both PA and AZ) into ID. I did a yelp search and google search for a local agency that could help her. I spoke with Jarrod first, I have to say he is awesome. He understood that she may require some detailed assistance as she is young and new to having her own insurance policy. I needed him to do a broker of record change which is exactly what he suggested! This will enable our insured to keep her current policies active. I was transferred to Amy to take down the rest of the information and they will be contacting her shortly to get her squared away

Ballenger Insurance is an independent agency. They are expert in analyzing your individual needs and suggesting appropriate insurance products. They have saved me serious amounts of money and provided valuable coverage advice for many years. I have recommended them to friends and family. Single company agents can only sell products from one company. That makes them inherently non competitive. Multi company agents just make more sense to me.
